		Senior Women Ministry A Word From The President Sister Barbara F. Wright New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church Tampa, Florida *To God Be the Glory for the Things He Has Done* I continue to rejoice and shout out in gratitude to the Lord for the sacred trust that has brought me to this great charge as leader of the Senior Women's Ministry of our Progressive Missionary and Educational Baptist State Convention of Florida, Inc. You will never know the humility I feel as a result of the confidence you've placed in me to continue to move forward this ministry for which our past leaders have tirelessly worked. I come to you as your President with no merits of my own, but only : As a servant and fellow laborer in Christ with honesty, integrity and a spirit of love. As a leader that is not afraid to believe God by standing on His promise that , "all things are possible, if we only believe". To remember our past in preparing for our changes today. Expecting great things as we build on the will of God in the power of the Holy Spirit. For my faith is strong and I know it will be done(Matt.9:29). As a supporter and encourager in every task we undertake. The Word tells us that we are not to be weary in well doing, for at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we don't give up(Gal. 6:9) To communicate a God-inspired vision that will empower and direct each of us to stand firm on His will for this ministry. Our vision for "Mobilizing Missions throughoutFlorida" in these last days will become a reality as we work in a prayerful and united effort to make it happen. We are already confident that God will lead, guide and direct us as we work together in this, our charge. Each of us must continue to contribute in making a positive impact locally, statewide and nationally. Thus, our goal and pledge to you is to mobilize our mission to impact others in the areas of service, evangelism, education and fellowship. We are a team of servants that can and must become obedient to the work of this ministry (Phil. 2:7-10). We look forward to a time of servanthood, unity of spirit, and divine love in following God's divine will for our ministry.
